A Valentine’s Season Gathering

Join us for a deeply nourishing and embodied morning at Laguna Barre Studio in Laguna Beach, held on the Friday before Valentine’s Day... a time devoted to releasing what no longer serves you and reconnecting with your feminine energy.

This immersive experience weaves together barre-inspired movement, face yoga, acupuncture, and sound healing to support the body from the hips all the way to the crown.

We’ll begin with intentional barre movement to open the hips, ground the body, and build strength, creating space to release stored emotions and energy. From there, we’ll move into face yoga, lifting and strengthening the muscles of the face while promoting circulation, release, and connection — rising energy upward through the body.

We’ll close with group acupuncture and a sound bath, allowing the nervous system to soften, reset, and integrate the experience on a deeper level.

Throughout the morning, you’ll be nourished with a thoughtfully prepared lunch, fresh-squeezed juices, and sweet intentional touches, ensuring you leave feeling open, empowered, grounded, and deeply cared for.

Love this oil

I started face yoga with Ryan a few months ago after noticing subtle signs of aging—especially around my mouth and chin—on video calls. My face just felt like it was starting to droop, and it was hard not to fixate on it.

Love these products!

I’ve used now quite a few of the oils and given some as gifts, and all have been fantastic and appreciated! I love having the healing oil to handle the many little cooking and clumsy dings I give myself, not to mention my boys! I also love all the antioxidants in the facial oil, the Gua Sha, and the hand sanitizer was a lifesaver when traveling. Lastly the packaging was very cute when I let them know I was giving some as a gift!
