We care deeply about your experience with By Karisse and want you to feel confident in every product you try. Because our products are small-batch, plant-based, and perishable, we do not offer full refunds—but we’re committed to making things right whenever possible.

Tips for Trying New Skincare Products

When starting a new skincare product, your skin may go through a natural adjustment period. This transition can last about one month, during which you may notice changes in texture, tone, or sensitivity. A full skin cycle (roughly 28–30 days) is often needed before your skin fully responds.

We recommend giving your skin time to adapt before evaluating results.

Not Happy With a Product?

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@bykarisse.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and a brief explanation of your concern.

We’ll thoughtfully assess the situation, and in most cases, we’re happy to offer store credit as a gesture of goodwill.

Allergic Reaction or Sensitivity

Before using any new skincare product, always perform a patch test on a small area of skin.

If you experience irritation or an allergic reaction:

  1. Discontinue use immediately.

  2. Email us at support@bykarisse.com with your order number and details.

  3. Return the product to:

Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit equal to the product price (excluding shipping).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacementor issue store credit for the affected item(s).

Important Notes

  • We do not offer full refunds unless legally required.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We are unable to accept returns for items used beyond normal testing.

  • Store credit will be issued once returned items are received and reviewed.
