Refund policy
By Karisse 30-Day Skin Confidence Guarantee
We stand behind every formula we make. If you don't love a By Karisse product, email us at support@bykarisse.com within 30 days of delivery with your name and order number, and we'll refund the product price to your original payment method.
Shipping
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Orders of $59 or more ship free. If your order shipped free, we paid for that shipping, so we subtract what we paid from your refund.
How It Works
- The guarantee covers one of each product per customer.
- In most cases you won't need to send anything back. For larger orders, we may ask you to return the products to the address below before we issue the refund.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
Allergic Reaction or Sensitivity
Always patch test a new product on a small area of skin before using it on your face. If you experience irritation or a reaction, stop using the product and email us with your order number. Reactions are covered by the guarantee above.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund the affected item(s), including shipping.
Services, Memberships and Gift Cards
The guarantee covers skincare and wellness products. Studio services, memberships and gift cards are not refundable. Please see our cancellation policy for appointment changes.
