This treatment focuses on maintaining skin vitality, relieving facial tension, and encouraging lymphatic flow for visible brightness and clarity, without moving into deeper corrective or structural work.

About This Service

If your face looks tired and puffy, and your jaw is holding tension you cannot release on your own, this is the hour built for it.

The work is done by hand, with the gua sha stone used through the face, neck, and shoulders. That stone is what distinguishes this facial from the Custom Sculpt and Lift Facial, which covers similar ground without it.

Every session includes a double cleanse, exfoliation and extractions, and time on the grounding mat. Optional add-ons are available if you want them: defuzzing, ozone steam, red light therapy, a high-frequency wand, and scalp massage.

What customers tell us afterward is that they look less puffy and more awake, and that the jaw and neck feel looser than when they came in.

What to Expect

Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle. Your session opens with a short conversation about your skin and how you have been feeling, then you are on the table for the rest of the hour.

You are on the grounding mat throughout. Most of the hour is hands on work through the face, neck, and shoulders, with the gua sha stone used where it helps.

You can talk or you can rest. Both are welcome, and there is no right way to spend the time.

Afterward your clinician will tell you what she noticed and mention anything that might suit your skin. Take what is useful and leave the rest.

What happens in a 60 minute Custom Signature Gua Sha Facial?

Your clinician looks at your skin, asks how you have been, and builds the hour around what she finds. Every session includes a double cleanse, exfoliation and extractions, and time on the grounding mat. The bulk of the hour is hands on work with the gua sha stone through the face, neck, and shoulders.

How is this different from the Custom Sculpt and Lift Facial?

The gua sha stone. This facial uses it; the 75 minute Custom Sculpt and Lift Facial does not, and it gives you fifteen more minutes for advanced sculpting and lifting work by hand. Inclusions are the same for both. If you are unsure which suits you, book either one and say so when you arrive.

What is included?

Assessment and customization, a double cleanse, exfoliation and extractions, and grounding mat time for the length of your session. Products are chosen for your skin on the day rather than set in advance.

Can I add anything to my session?

Yes, if you want to. Defuzzing, ozone steam, red light therapy, a high-frequency wand, and scalp massage are all available as optional add-ons. Your clinician will mention what might suit your skin, and you are welcome to decline any of it.

How often should I book?

Most customers settle into something like every four to six weeks, and many notice that results build with a rhythm rather than a single visit. That said, one facial is a perfectly good reason to come in. There is no schedule you are supposed to keep.

What if I have never had a facial here before?

You are in the right place. Tell your clinician it is your first visit and she will talk you through what she is doing as she goes. You can ask questions or you can close your eyes for the whole hour. Both are completely normal.
