Three ways to book with Vida
Acupuncture with Vida
A full-body session rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Vida starts by asking how you have been sleeping, eating and feeling, then chooses points for where you are that day. Most people rest, and many fall asleep.
Cosmetic acupuncture (Facial Acupuncture with Body)
Many more fine needles placed across the face to lift and refresh specific areas, with body points treated at the same time. There is no cleanse, mask or product. Clients most often report brighter looking skin, eyelids that sit more open, softer expression lines and real release through the jaw. A series of six to eight sessions is where most people see changes settle in.

Questions people ask
Does acupuncture hurt?
Most people are surprised by how little they feel. The needles are very fine. If anything is uncomfortable, tell Vida and she will adjust.
What is the difference between holistic and cosmetic acupuncture?
A holistic session works across the body. Cosmetic acupuncture does that too, and adds a much denser map of points in the face.
How many cosmetic acupuncture sessions will I need?
Some people notice a change after one visit. A series of six to eight is where most people see results settle in. A single session is still a good thing to book.
Is cosmetic acupuncture a facial?
No. It is acupuncture only. If you want skin work too, our facials pair well with it.
