Face Yoga Foundations: When No One's Watching
A DIFFERENT CONVERSATION ABOUT YOUR FACE
Instant access | Yours to keep, nothing renews
Three foundational movements, filmed and walked through step by step
Four bonus movements, included rather than held back
Six printable worksheets and a private journal nobody sees but you
Three foundational face yoga practices. Built by a clinician who spent ten years listening to women.
You did everything you were told to do.
You bought the serums. You wore the sunscreen. You drink the water, and you get the sleep when you can get it.
And your face is still changing in a way that feels like it is happening to you rather than with you.
That is the part nobody says out loud.
What this is
Three movements. The neck, the brow, the mouth. That is the whole foundation.
I will not tell you this reverses anything. I won't say it turns back time. What I will tell you is what you are actually doing. You are stretching the muscles in your face. You are toning them. You are building strength, the same way you would anywhere else in your body.
First you learn where you hold. Most women are holding in the jaw and do not know it until somebody asks. Some of that is from the day you just had. Some of it has been there a great deal longer.
Then you learn how to put it down.
What is inside
- Three foundational movements. The Neck Opener, The Unfurrowing, and The Mid Face Opener. Filmed, and walked through step by step so you can follow the first time.
- Four bonus movements. Under the Lip, Throat and Tongue, The Forehead Press, and How You Carry It. Yours with the programme, not held back.
- Six printable worksheets. Including the one you fill in on day one and read back at day sixty.
- A private journal. Your photos and your notes, and nobody sees them but you.
- Lifetime access. Nothing expires, and there is nothing to cancel. When I add to it, you get that too.
On the price
Ninety nine dollars.
You might flinch at that. Many women do, and I would rather name it than pretend I did not notice.
Here is all I will say. The price is honest. I am not going to defend it past that.
What you do with it is yours.
If this feels silly
Most of the time when we do new things, it's silly. Just take a deep breath. Remember we are stretching muscles in our face and toning muscles in our face. Lean into being proud of the fact that you are increasing volume in your cheeks and toning your forehead to build strength, so that you can reflect to the world a face that you feel like yourself in.
What this is not
This is not therapy, and I am not your clinician. I worked as a therapist for ten years, so I know the difference.
This is a practice for your face. Sometimes a practice for the body moves something that has nothing to do with the body. If what comes up feels bigger than a practice can hold, that is worth taking to someone whose work is to sit with you while you look at it. That is not this failing you. That is you taking yourself seriously.
Before you decide
There is a question underneath all three of these movements. It is not in the videos.
It arrives on some ordinary night when you are tired, and the practice would take four minutes, and you are standing in your bathroom deciding whether to do it anyway.
Do I believe I'm worth showing up for when no one's watching?
I cannot answer that one for you.
Three foundational movements. The neck, the brow, the mouth. Filmed close enough to see where the fingers sit, and walked through step by step so you can follow the first time.
Four bonus movements: Under the Lip, Throat and Tongue, The Forehead Press, and How You Carry It. Included rather than held back for a second purchase.
Six printable worksheets, and a private journal for your own photos and notes. Nobody sees that but you.
You buy here, and an email arrives with a link. There is no password to make and nothing to remember. Come back any time by entering the same email address.
Four minutes on most nights. Some nights one. The practice is built to survive a bad week rather than to require a good one.
Access does not expire. When new material is added, you get that too.

That is the part nobody says out loud. Not that you have let yourself go, because you have not. That you have been doing all the right things and watching it happen anyway, and there has been nowhere to put that.

The things worth knowing before you decide.

Your hands, and a little facial oil so you are working the muscle rather than pulling at dry skin. Any oil does it. There is a short film about this before the movements start.
That is who this is for. Every movement is walked through step by step, with the cues written beside the film so you can read them while you learn.

For good. Nothing renews and nothing expires. When I add to it, which I will, you get that too.

WHEN YOU WANT SOMEONE TO LOOK AT YOUR FACE IN PARTICULAR
There is a limit to what a film can do. It cannot see your face.
