I started face yoga with Ryan a few months ago after noticing subtle signs of aging—especially around my mouth and chin—on video calls. My face just felt like it was starting to droop, and it was hard not to fixate on it.
I had talked to a med spa about filler, but it never felt right. I’ve seen too many women my age lose the look of themselves, and that’s not what I wanted. I wanted to age well, but still look like me.
Working with Ryan has been such a different experience. She took the time to truly teach me how the facial muscles work and how to use them properly, all with so much patience and kindness. I paired face yoga with cosmetic acupuncture, and the results have been amazing—my skin looks smoother, healthier, and more lifted.
Over the holidays, a few friends asked what I was doing because I looked so good, which felt incredibly affirming.
