Sculptural Face Lifting | 60 Minute

Description

Sculptural Face Lifting is a structural facial massage focused on intensive muscle work, not a traditional skincare facial.

This treatment follows the original Sculptural Face Lifting ™  method developed by Yakov Gershkovich and is performed entirely by hand using both external and intraoral techniques.

The primary focus is releasing deep facial tension, restoring muscle tone, and supporting visible lifting and structural balance.

A light cleanse and finishing oil are included as part of the opening and closing ritual, but this treatment does not include exfoliation, masks, or corrective skincare steps.

  • This treatment is excluded from all VIP program discounts
What it does for the face
  • Releases chronic tension held in the jaw, cheeks, and lower face
  • Improves facial symmetry and overall balance
  • Reduces heaviness and fluid retention, especially through the jawline
  • Supports visible lifting and improved muscle tone
  • Softens expression lines created by long term muscle holding pattern
Why clients book Sculptural Face Sculpting ™
  • Jaw clenching or teeth grinding
  • Facial tightness, heaviness, or visible asymmetry
  • Tension headaches or migraines linked to jaw and facial tension
  • Desire for non surgical facial lifting through manual muscle work
  • Seeking structural change rather than surface level skin treatment
What makes Sculptural Face Lifting ™ different?
  • Sculptural Face Lifting ™ works with the facial muscles from both the inside and outside of the face, allowing for deeper and more complete muscle work than external techniques alone
  • Fully addressing the muscles helps restore lost tone while releasing overworked, tight areas that contribute to heaviness and downward pull over time
  • Osteopathic inspired techniques work with the bones of the skull and facial structure, supporting release through the skull and sutures so the face can rebalance naturally
  • Intraoral work is an essential part of the method, allowing access to deep facial muscles that cannot be reached through surface massage alone
  • Because the muscles are both released and reactivated, clients often experience visible lifting, improved symmetry, smoother lines, reduced puffiness, and a face that feels lighter and more supported
  • This method follows the original Sculptural Face Lifting ™ approach developed by Yakov Gershkovich and requires advanced, hands on training to perform correctly
What to expect during your session
  • Gentle lymphatic stimulation to support drainage and reduce fluid retention
  • Release of tension through the spine and occipital area to prepare the face for deeper work
  • Intensive sculptural manual techniques through the neck, face, and forehead
  • Intraoral work targeting the inner facial muscles to address deep holding patterns
  • Focused, hands on muscle work designed to support lifting, balance, and structural release
The Result

This treatment changes how the face holds itself.

As tension releases, the jaw softens and the face appears more lifted, defined, and balanced. Puffiness reduces, lines smooth, and the features look more open and supported because the muscles beneath are no longer pulling downward.

Clients often notice their face looks lighter, clearer, and more aligned. With consistency, muscle tone strengthens, symmetry improves, and visible lift continues to build.

Consistency matters. While many clients notice visible change after a single session, deeper muscle patterns develop over time. A series of treatments allows the face to retrain, strengthen, and rebalance more fully.

Important to know

Sculptural Face Lifting is intensive, hands on muscle work that engages deep facial tension patterns.

Because this treatment reaches areas that often hold long term stress, some clients may experience temporary responses such as mild headache, facial soreness, fatigue, or emotional release.

These reactions are normal and typically short lived, often resolving within 24 hours. Hydration, rest, and allowing the body time to integrate the work are encouraged.

Many clients feel lighter and more open immediately after their session. Others notice their body processing the release over the following day. Both responses are part of how the work moves beyond the surface.
