Sculptural Face Lifting | 60 Minutes
Description
Sculptural Face Lifting ™ is a specific, method based facial therapy that works with the muscles and structure of the face, not just the skin.
This session follows the original Sculptural Face Lifting method developed by Yakov Gershkovich and is performed entirely by hand, using both external and internal facial techniques.
This treatment is designed to create visible lifting, reshaping, and release of deeply held facial tension. It is not a relaxation facial and it is not a skincare focused treatment.
- This treatment is excluded from all VIP program discounts
What it does for the face
- Releases chronic tension held in the jaw, cheeks, and lower face
- Improves facial symmetry and balance
- Reduces heaviness and puffiness, especially through the jawline
- Supports visible lifting and firming of the face
- Softens expression lines caused by muscle holding patterns
Why clients book Sculptural Face Sculpting ™
• They clench their jaw or grind their teeth
• They experience facial tightness, migraines, or tension headaches
• Their face feels heavy, tight, or uneven
• They want non surgical facial lifting through hands on work
• They are looking for structural change, not just skin improvement
What makes Sculptural Face Lifting ™ different?
- Sculptural Face Lifting ™ works with the facial muscles from both the inside and outside of the face, allowing for deeper, more complete muscle work than external techniques alone
- By fully addressing the muscles, this method helps restore lost muscle tone while also releasing overworked, tight areas that can pull the face downward over time
- The treatment includes osteopathic inspired techniques that work with the bones of the skull and facial structure, supporting release through the skull and sutures so the face can rebalance naturally
- Intraoral work is a defining and essential part of this method, allowing access to deep facial muscles that cannot be reached through surface massage alone
- Because the muscles are both released and reactivated, clients often experience visible lifting, improved symmetry, smoother lines, reduced puffiness, and a face that feels lighter and more supported
- This method follows the original Sculptural Face Lifting ™ approach developed by Yakov Gershkovich and requires advanced, hands on training to perform correctly
What to expect during your session
- Gentle lymphatic stimulation to support drainage and reduce fluid retention
- Release of tension through the spine and occipital area
- Sculptural manual work through the neck, face, and forehead
- Intraoral techniques targeting the inner facial muscles
- Focused, intentional work designed to support lifting, balance, and structural release
The Result
This treatment changes how the face holds itself.
The jaw releases, facial tension softens, and the face appears more lifted and defined because the muscles underneath are no longer pulling the features downward or inward. Puffiness decreases, expression lines soften, and the overall shape of the face looks more balanced, open, and supported.
Clients often notice that their face looks more like their face again, lighter, clearer, and more aligned. The skin appears firmer and smoother, but the deeper change comes from restoring muscle tone and balance rather than relying on surface stimulation.
With consistency, these results build. The face continues to lift, tension continues to release, and facial symmetry and tone improve over time.
Important to know
- Sculptural Face Lifting ™ is intensive, hands on work that engages deep facial muscles and tension patterns
- Because this work reaches areas that often hold long term stress, some clients may experience temporary sensations afterward, such as a mild headache, facial soreness, fatigue, or emotional release
- These responses are normal and typically short lived, often resolving within 24 hours
- Drinking water, resting, and allowing the body time to integrate the work is encouraged
Many clients feel lighter, clearer, and more open after their session, while others notice their body processing the release over the following day. This is a sign that the work is reaching beyond the surface.
